How to read this. "Contains" lists allergens that are ingredients in the product.
These are also shown in BOLD CAPITALS in the ingredients on each product page and on the packaging. "Bakery also handles" lists allergens used in the same bakery, so cross-contact is possible.

I need to avoid
Choose at least one allergen above first. This option then also hides products made in a bakery that uses it.
- Chunk Original products are made in our SALSA-accredited Ottery St. Mary bakery and contain gluten, so they are not suitable for people with coeliac disease.
- Chunk Gluten Free products are made in a dedicated, SALSA-accredited gluten and wheat free bakery in Honiton.
Oats. A few gluten free products contain an oat ingredient with less than 20 parts per million gluten. This meets the legal standard for gluten free, but some people with coeliac disease also react to oats. Please do check the allergens if this will effect you.
As we continue to improve please be aware that our recipes can change. We do our best to update these in line with the packaging. Always check the label on the product you buy.
