Packed with health-boosting butternut squash, sweet potato, red onion and crumbled creamy goat’s cheese with a sprinkling of delicate herbs. All wrapped up in our wonderful shortcrust pastry.

A fabulous rustic vegetarian pie approved by the Vegetarian Society. This is one versatile savoury sensation and hits the spot for a special summer lunch as well as chilly winter’s pie night with chunky chips.

Cooking & Storage

Cooking

Remove packaging, keep the pie in its foil, and place on a lined baking tray into a preheated oven at 190°C/Gas Mark 5 for 40 - 45 minutes or an Air Fryer at 170°C for 35 minutes, until piping hot. Leave it to rest for 5 minutes - then enjoy! (ovens do vary - so this is a guide)

Storage

KEEP FROZEN: Cook from frozen. Once cooked you can keep it refrigerated for up to 2 days.
