Let’s start with the big birds and beasts.

Turkey has been Britain’s Christmas Day centrepiece since the 16th century, when Henry VIII decided to swap his goose for something a bit more... show-stopping. By Victorian times, it was the main event, thanks to Dickens and a few lavish feasts that set the trend!!

Medieval banquets were overflowing with it – rich, gamey, luxurious, and seen as a feast fit for kings. Fast forward to today, and venison still brings that touch of proper indulgence to the table.

So when you mix those traditional flavours with a bit of Chunk creativity, you end up with some festive bakes that are hard to beat.
