A Real Taste Sensation!
This Lamb recipe pays homage to the origins of the pasty. It almost certainly originated in the southern Mediterranean, and then travelled to our shores. Bursting with these flavours, its no wonder this pasty has been awarded various accolades from judges across the nation.
We’ve packed delicious West Country lamb, chickpeas, apricots and sun-dried tomatoes into this pie, and then we add a sprinkling of Moroccan spice. If you’re feeling adventurous why not pair with roasted butternut or pumpkin on the side, or simply whip up some creamy mash and choose a red wine for an easy but legendary evening meal!

Cooking & Storage

Remove packaging and place pasty on a lined baking tray into a preheated oven at 190°C/Gas Mark 5 for 40 - 45 minutes or an Air Fryer at 170°C for 35 minutes, until piping hot. Leave it to rest for 5 minutes - then enjoy! (ovens do vary - so this is a guide)
Storage
KEEP FROZEN: Cook from frozen. Once cooked you can keep it refrigerated for up to 2 days.
