Chunk of Devon – Ninja Air Fryer Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Chunk of Devon Ltd, Finnimore Industrial Estate, Ottery St Mary, Devon, EX11 1NR (“Chunk”, “we”, “us”).
2. The Prize
One winner will receive a Ninja Air Fryer (exact model and colour may vary depending on availability). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. Chunk of Devon reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Ninja or any related brand owner.
3. Eligibility
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Chunk of Devon Ltd, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
- By entering, participants confirm they are eligible and agree to be bound by these terms.
4. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 9:00am on Tuesday 24 February and closes at 11:59pm on Friday 20 March (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be included.
5. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the prize draw:
a) Automatic entry with purchase
Customers who place an order with Chunk of Devon during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
b) Free postal entry (no purchase necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, send your full name, postal address, email address and contact telephone number on a postcard or in a sealed envelope to:

Postal entries must be received before the Closing Date to be valid. Only one postal entry per person is permitted. Standard postage costs apply. We are unable to accept entries via email, social media, telephone or any method other than those described above.
6. Entry Rules
- Maximum one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
- All valid entries, including postal entries, will be entered into the same prize draw and will have an equal chance of winning.
- Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
- Chunk of Devon does not accept responsibility for entries lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected in transit.
7. Fair Participation and Verification
- Entries generated by script, automated means, bulk submissions, third parties or organised groups will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to request reasonable proof of identity, age or address.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or in breach of these terms will be void.
- Where we reasonably believe that an entrant has attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify that entry.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
- One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the Closing Date using a fair and impartial process.
- The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
9. Delivery of Prize
The prize will be delivered to a UK address supplied by the winner within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation. Chunk of Devon is not responsible for delays caused by courier or delivery services outside our control.
10. Publicity
Chunk of Devon may request the winner’s first name and county for the purpose of announcing the winner. Participation in further promotional activity is voluntary.
11. Data Protection
Personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and handled in accordance with Chunk of Devon’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, Chunk of Devon shall not be liable for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.
13. General
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final.
- These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
