This quacking good Limited Edition pie was originally created for Chinese New Year Celebrations and inspired by our favourite Asian dishes. It has since become a firm favourite with legions of Chunk Fans who insist we bring it back every year!

Marinated, slow-cooked Duck is shredded then mixed in with finely chopped stir fried veg in a hoisin style sauce before being stuffed into our buttery shortcrust pastry. A fusion of East meets West(country)!  Arrives frozen and unbaked for the best bake at home.

Cooking & Storage

Cooking

Remove packaging, keep the pie in its foil, and place on a lined baking tray into a preheated oven at 190°C/Gas Mark 5 for 40 - 45 minutes or an Air Fryer at 170°C for 35 minutes, until piping hot. Leave it to rest for 5 minutes - then enjoy! (ovens do vary - so this is a guide)

Storage

KEEP FROZEN: Cook from frozen. Once cooked you can keep it refrigerated for up to 2 days.

  • BANK HOLIDAYS... our courier does not collect or deliver, so parcels will take a little longer to arrive if you place an order around Bank Holidays.
  • P&P is £5.95 for orders under £45.00.
  • Orders of £45.00 and over are FREE of charge.

  • When your order arrives place it in the freezer as soon as possible
  • All are sent with a Next Day delivery service.

We can deliver to most of mainland England, and Wales but NOT Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. [Sorry 😞 - something we're looking into!]
