Pork and Cider - a Devon delight!
Pork, Apple & Scrumpy – juicy and slightly sweet. naturally seasoned minced pork with apple and a splosh or real Devon Scrumpy, wrapped in a golden buttery 'ruff puff' pastry, with a sprinkling of herbs on top.
It’s truly delicious!
Pork (24%), WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, vegetable fat (RSPO palm, rapeseed oil, water, salt, lemon juice concentrate), butter (MILK), rusk (WHEAT flour, salt, raising agent (E503)), dried apple (apple, antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite) (SULPHITES) (6%), onions, cider (SULPHITES), seasoning (salt, white pepper, sage, pimento (allspice), nutmeg, coriander leaf), dried sage, Glaze (water, vegetable protein (pea), dextrose).

Our Sausage meat is Sulphite Free.
Ready to eat cold - but best heated in an oven for a truly smashing sausage roll!
Remove all packaging and place in a preheated oven.
From Chilled: 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes.
From Frozen: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas mark 5 for 40-50 minutes.
Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes - and enjoy.
Storage: Keep in a fridge below 5°
Suitable for home freezing, defrost in fridge, heat thoroughly and enjoy within 3 days,
DO NOT Refreeze once cooked.

- Our lovely baker does like the weekend off - who can blame him!
- If you place an order, for example on Thursday, the soonest we can get your delivery to you will be Tuesday.
