We are often asked about gluten content in Chunk of Devon products. Here's a quick summary to help:
Gluten in Chunk of Devon Products:
Chunk of Devon branded products are made with flour containing wheat and are therefore not suitable for those with a Gluten Intolerance or Coeliacs.
Gluten Free Products from Baked to Taste:
To cater for the diets of those with a Gluten Intolerance and Coeliacs, we also sell a range of products from our sister bakery, Baked to Taste. These are manufactured in a SALSA accredited bakery at a separate premises and are therefore guaranteed to be free of any gluten content or cross contamination. All Gluten Free products sold through the Chunk of Devon website are clearly listed as Gluten Free within the product title.
Gluten Free products are despatched alongside products containing gluten but are individually wrapped throughout the supply chain to ensure zero risk of cross contamination.
