£150 Voucher Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Chunk of Devon, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
3.2 To enter, participants must register their details through the provided registration form on the Chunk of Devon website. Participants will be added to the Chunk of Devon mailing list if not already subscribed.
3.3 Entries are limited to one per person. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
4. Prize Details
4.1 The lucky winner will receive a £150 voucher to spend on the Chunk of Devon website. This voucher can be split over multiple purchases.
4.2 The voucher will expire 1 year after being issued and cannot be combined with any other offers.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before 23:59pm on 31st March 2025.
5.2 The winner will be notified via the email address provided at registration within 3 days of the draw.
5.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification email, Chunk of Devon reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
6. Prize Exchange
6.1 The prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
6.2 Chunk of Devon reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Company’s control make it necessary to do so.
7. Publicity
7.1 Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Chunk of Devon 's privacy policy.
9. General
9.1 Chunk of Devon reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.2 The decision of Chunk of Devon regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.3 The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
