    Gluten-Free Creamy Vegan Mushroom Pie!

    Packed with chestnut mushrooms in a creamy cashew nut sauce with a good splosh of brandy and a sprinkling of paprika and thyme, all wrapped in our surprisingly good gluten-free pastry.

    A gluten free version of our Champion gluten full Mushroom Stroganott Pie 🙌🏻

    Made by our little sister gluten-free and wheat-free bakery down the road.

    This Gluten & Wheat Free Pie contains:
    Pastry margarine (vegetable oil: RSPO palm, rapeseed, water, salt, emulsifier: (E471)), chestnut mushrooms (16%), gluten free oat milk (water, gluten free OATS, sunflower oil, dicalcium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, salt, vitamins (folic acid, B12, B2, D)), rice flour, potato starch, gram flour, cup mushrooms (7%), water, onions, lentils, CASHEW NUTS, brandy [SULPHITES], modified starch, rapeseed oil, glaze (water, vegetable proteins, sunflower oil, dextrose, maltodextrins, starch), mushroom bouillon (vegetable oil (palm, sunflower), salt, potato starch, maltodextrin, yeast extract, flavourings, sugar, mushrooms (1.6%), spices (garlic, pepper, CELERY seeds), onion juice concentrate), garlic, raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), gluten free SOYA sauce (water, SOYAbeans, salt, spirit vinegar), flavouring, yeast flakes, vegetable bouillon (maltodextrin, salt, potato starch, yeast extract, sugar, vegetables (onion, parsnip), sunflower oil, spices (turmeric, pepper, garlic, mace, nutmeg), herbs (parsley, lovage), thickener (xanthan gum), salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme.

    This Gluten Free Pie has been made and wrapped in a dedicated gluten and wheat free bakery. Baked to Taste.

    These Gluten Free Pies and Pasties are ideal as an individual serving,  but you could share...we'll leave that up to you 😉

    These have previously been frozen, best to put them in the freezer on arrival or fridge.

    PLEASE NOTE: If they have defrosted they are still safe to refreeze - we have had them tested by specialists.

    Storage: Keep in a fridge below 5°
    As with all pastry, gluten free pasty is not suitable for microwaves - the pastry will just go soggy - no one wants soggy bottoms!

    Ready to eat cold - but best heated in an oven for true pie or pasty pleasure!

    Remove all packaging (keeping the pie in it's foil tray) and place in a preheated oven on a baking tray.

    From FROZEN: 180 C / Fan160 C / Gas Mark 4 for 35-40 mins.
    From CHILLED:180°C / Fan160°C / Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 mins. 

    Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes - and enjoy.

    These are a guideline as ovens do tend to differ - Yours may have different settings, so please adjust accordingly.

    Once you have cooked them DO NOT Refreeze.

    • We deliver Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
    • BANK HOLIDAYS... our courier does not collect or deliver, so parcels will take a little longer to arrive if you place an order around Bank Holidays.
    • P&P is £4.95 for orders under £35.00.
    • Orders of £35.00 and over are FREE of charge.
    • Orders are baked the day before we pack them.
    • When your order arrives place it in either fridge or freezer as soon as possible
    • IF your order includes a GLUTEN FREE pie or pasty. These have been previously frozen. PLEASE NOTE, if they have defrosted they are still safe to put in the freezer. 
    • All are sent with a Next Day delivery service
    • Delivery Time:- we aim to get your parcel to you 2-3 working days from placing your order. Our cut off time for processing orders is midday. To give us time to process the order, then make and bake the pies and pasties.
    • Our lovely baker does like the weekend off - who can blame him!
    • If you place an order, for example on Thursday, the soonest we can get your delivery to you will be Tuesday.

    We can deliver to most of mainland England, Wales, Isle of Wight, but NOT Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. [Sorry 😞 - something we're looking into!]
